We are excited to announce that the 2025 BSMF Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, February 6, 7:00 – 9:00 PM, at the Greenfoot Energy Centre – Multipurpose Room.
All BSMF members are strongly encouraged to attend! The AGM is a great opportunity for members to provide feedback on the year that was, and to help shape the year(s) to come!

The AGM is also a great opportunity to learn about the many fun and important volunteer positions on the Executive and more. In that vein, the following Executive positions are up for election in 2025:
- President (2-year term)
- Treasurer (2-year term)
- Registrar (2-year term)
- Events Coordinator (1-year term)
- Fundraising Coordinator (1-year term)
- Member at Large, 3 positions (1-year term)
Executive positions are elected at the AGM by a majority vote. Each member is entitled to one vote at the AGM provided they are over the age of 18 and are in good standing. Eligible members must be in attendance at the AGM in order to cast a vote. Whereas a family has two or more athletes participating in a given year, each parent or legal guardian shall be eligible to vote, up to a maximum of two per family.
