Hello Everyone,

Please let this message serve as a reminder notice for the 2024 AGM.

The AGM will take place on Tuesday, February 27 at 6:30pm. It will happen at the Bedford-Hammonds Plain community center at the upstairs activity room @ 202 innovation drive, Bedford.

Currently, the following positions will be up for election:

President (1-year term. This is normally 2 but I have made the decision to step aside this year, therefore it will only be for the second year of the term.)
Vice President (2-year term)
Coaching Coordinator (2-year term)
Secretary (2-year term)
4 Members at Large (1-year term)

If you are interested in any of these positions please let me know as I will build a slate prior to the AGM. Nominations for positions can also come from the floor.

Please check your emails for further information including potential constitution changes that may change the makeup of the executive board as well as some roles and responsibilities. NOTE: Sometimes emails get sent to junk folder so please check there as well.
